Pick a required file. Get to the Library module and click on the “Export” button. You will see a new window. You are supposed to complete the exporting process (there are plenty of tutorials. We are not going to focus on this process in this article, as it is not related to our topic).

You do not even have to type your name in. Make sure you are signed in Lightroom. The system will automatically use your name indicated during the registration process.
Step 3 – Edit Watermarks
If you call for something more elegant and complicated, you can press ‘Edit” and change your signature to your tastes and preferences. If you need to type in another text instead of your name, just go up and pick the Text style for your new watermark.
The editor offers a wide array of different sliders and styles. Not only you can change the text but also opacity and other parameters. It is up to you how opaque your signature will be. Whatever form you chose, always keep in mind that most people who look at an image may consider a watermark as a distracting or even annoying element. So, do not try to make it too large or full occupying some parts of the image. Size slider is also provided by an editor. Make your signature bigger or smaller with only one click.
